2. What data we process and why

This website contains no forms and does not collect personal data automatically. When you contact us via WhatsApp or email we process the data you provide (name, phone number, email, company and the content of your enquiry) in order to answer your request, prepare quotes and, where applicable, manage the commercial relationship.

3. Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures taken at your request and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering commercial enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods (generally 5 years; 6 years for commercial and accounting records).

5. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), which processes data under its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) offers appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@global-transaction.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
