What people ask before ordering
What is the minimum order for custom cups?
500 units, in any of the six formats and with screen printing or IML. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and we will send you a quote within 1 hour.
How long does an order take?
Between 7 and 10 working days from design approval. If your event is sooner, tell us and we will let you know what options we have.
What is the difference between screen printing and IML?
Screen printing applies your design with inks onto the cup, up to 2 inks, 180º or 360º, and is the most affordable option. If you need more colours, photos or gradients, IML fuses a full-colour label into the cup during injection and never wears off in the wash.
Are you manufacturers or distributors?
We are distributors with over 30 years of experience and our own patented mould, unique in Europe. We produce at our partner plant in Madrid and at certified factories, all ISO 9001 and IFS HPC certified.
Are the cups food-safe?
Yes. They comply with EU Regulation 10/2011 on plastic materials in contact with food and are made in ISO 9001 and IFS HPC certified plants.
Can I choose the cup colour?
Yes. All basic colours are available in every format: solid, translucent, fluorescent, white or black. If you need a special colour, ask us.
Do you ship across Spain? Is shipping included?
We serve all of mainland Spain and Portugal. Shipping is included from 5,000 units; below that we state it in the quote.
Do you design the cup?
Yes. Send us your logo or your idea and we will prepare a mockup of the cup for you to approve before production.
How do I pay? Do quotes include VAT?
Payment is made in advance when the order is confirmed. Our prices include 21 % Spanish VAT.
Do you accept returns?
As the product is personalised, returns are not accepted. That is why nothing is produced until you approve the final mockup.
Is the artificial turf for sale or for hire?
Both. Choose 20, 30, 40 or 50 mm pile, we cut it to size and, if you need it, we install and remove it. Tell us the m², the dates and the location and we will send you a quote.
What does event production include?
Technical production (sound, lighting, stage and infrastructure), security (plan, access control and staff) and staffing (set-up, bars, crew). We adapt to whatever you already have covered and work across Spain and Portugal.
How does the deposit system work at a beach club or festival?
You charge a small deposit (usually €1–2) with the first drink. Guests get it back when they return the cup, or keep the cup as a souvenir. Less waste, no spend on disposables, and your brand leaves the venue. We help you set it up.
